New voice, new style, new guide

Following the Amazon acquisition—and years of rapid change since the start of the pandemic—One Medical needed a complete overhaul of its outdated copy style guide.

I led the refresh, partnering with stakeholders across creative, marketing, legal, and clinical to realign the brand’s voice, clarify key language, and support consistency across teams and channels.

The work included a suite of tools—updated voice and tone guidance, ready-to-use copy doc templates, a library of legally and clinically approved content, and a streamlined review process that empowered teams to create and get approvals more efficiently.
