Feeling good just got better
After acquiring One Medical, Amazon set out to unify its health services under a single brand: Amazon One Medical.
Working with stakeholders from Amazon, One Medical, and an external agency, we reimagined the brand from the ground up—developing a new identity, messaging strategy, and a comprehensive brand book to ensure consistency across clinical, consumer, and internal touchpoints.
To introduce the new brand to the world, we launched the “Feeling good just got better” campaign, an integrated effort across video, social, web, and the app. The campaign replaced Amazon Clinic and became the public debut of Amazon One Medical, earning coverage in Forbes and other national media.
Brand book
To unify the brand across every channel and audience, I helped develop the Amazon One Medical brand book—defining identity, messaging, and voice to ensure clarity and consistency at scale.
Video
I collaborated with marketing, creative, clinical, and legal teams to write the script, then partnered with creative leads to cast and direct the voiceover. I also worked closely with the production agency to shape the storyboard, on-screen copy, and final cut.
Website ecosystem
To launch the newly reimagined brand, we created the integrated “Feeling good just got better” campaign, including engagement and conversion landing pages, plus branded search results within the Amazon app.
